Redefining Routines - Overcoming Anxiety
This talk looks at how Family-Centered Positive Behaviour Support (FCPBS) was blended with adapted Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to support four families in helping their children manage anxiety. The focus was on real-life family activity settings such as going to the park and shopping at the supermarket. These activity settings were used as the key context for understanding and addressing anxiety-related behaviours.
